Our primary mission is to deliver contextual, high-speed, and creative video/display ads (such as 9:16 short drama interstitials and banner slots) while maintaining the highest degree of respect for user privacy.

3. Information Processed for Ad Delivery & Anti-Fraud

When an ad unit (VAST stream or embed script) is requested, our server temporarily processes non-personal technical telemetry to render the creative properly and prevent bot fraud:

• Placement Context: The Ad Slot identifier, container dimensions, and referring publisher domain (e.g. to ensure responsive formatting).
• Device & User-Agent: General operating system, browser engine, and screen orientation (to deliver 9:16 vertical video vs desktop horizontal banner).
• Coarse Location (Country/City Level): IP addresses are truncated/anonymized at the edge to determine regional language or currency formatting without pinpointing physical location.
• Performance Telemetry: Video playback quartiles (Start, 25%, 50%, 75%, Complete), viewability duration, and click events for aggregate campaign reporting.

4. Compliance with GDPR, CCPA & Global Regulations

We comply with the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), and the ePrivacy Directive.

Under these regulations, users retain the right to:

• Opt-out of contextual frequency tracking via our Cookie & GDPR Settings.
• Inquire regarding technical log retention policies.
• Request immediate review or takedown of misleading third-party ads.

5. Security & Data Retention

All traffic between clients and our ad delivery endpoints is encrypted using modern Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3). Aggregate impression statistics are anonymized and stored securely in isolated cloud databases.
