Terms of Use & Advertising Guidelines

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website https://ads.bop.ink or interacting with advertisements served through the BOPINK delivery network, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms of Use and our associated policies.

BOPINK operates as an independent technical advertising delivery and analytics platform providing direct campaign management, VAST media feeds, and non-intrusive ad unit rendering.

2. Strict Ad Content Policies & Prohibitions

All campaigns served through our network must comply with legal standards and community safety guidelines. We strictly prohibit advertisements containing or promoting:

  • Malicious Code & Deception: Phishing, forced downloads, auto-redirecting popups, or fake virus alert dialogues.
  • Counterfeit & Predatory Offers: Unlicensed pharmaceuticals, counterfeit goods, deceptive financial schemes, or misleading price discounts.
  • Infringing Content: Unlicensed intellectual property, trademark violations, or unauthorized celebrity likenesses.
  • Harmful or Illegal Goods: Weapons, narcotics, unlicensed gambling operations, or explicit adult material.

3. Merchant & E-Commerce Transactions

When you click on an interactive product ad (such as a Shopee, Lazada, or direct merchant showcase), you will be redirected to the respective third-party merchant platform.

Please Note: All purchases, product shipments, warranties, and return policies are managed exclusively by the destination merchant. BOPINK does not process consumer credit card transactions or hold inventory.

4. Publisher Integration & Tracking Integrity

Authorized publishers utilizing the BOPINK SDK or VAST XML streams agree not to generate invalid traffic (IVT), artificial clicks, or deploy hidden viewports. We employ real-time telemetry filters to automatically invalidate non-human or fraudulent traffic.

5. Intellectual Property & DMCA Inquiries

If you believe that any advertisement served via our network infringes upon your copyright or registered trademark, you may file a formal takedown request under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Please submit a detailed notice via our Contact & Abuse Desk or directly to abuse@bop.ink with proof of ownership.

6. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

The services and ad feeds are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. BOPINK disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Under no circumstances shall BOPINK be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party publisher or advertiser actions.
